 RESERVATION POLICIES

  •  All persons staying at XOZA HOTEL CANCUN URBAN are subject to the following policies, which are considered as a contract of adhesion that must be complied with before and during their stay.
  • Parking included with prior reservation and subject to availability.
  • Please note that the hotel does not have adequate facilities for wheelchair accessibility.
  • Children aged 12 and over are accepted.
  • The hotel does not have extra beds.

 

RESERVATION POLICIES

  • Public rates per room per night in Mexican pesos - MXN plus taxes (16% VAT + 6% ISH + Environmental Sanitation Tax).
  • If you require payment for your reservation in dollars, the exchange rate set by the hotel will apply.
  • All reservations made at our establishment must be guaranteed by the payment of one night's accommodation.
  • For peak seasons or when the hotel requires it, the reservation must be guaranteed with full payment of the stay including taxes.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Changes or cancellations made 3 days before arrival are free of charge. If the cancellation or modification occurs outside of the policies and/or the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, one night plus taxes will be charged to the credit card as a guarantee.
  • During the Christmas and Easter season, changes and cancellations made 10 days before the arrival date are free of charge. If this occurs outside of the policies and/or the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation plus taxes will be charged to the credit card held as a guarantee.
  • In the event of any early departure, no refund will be issued.

 

SCHEDULES

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM and check-out time: 12:00 PM.
  • Departures after 12:00 without prior notice will incur additional charges.

  • We accept payments via: Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Bank Deposits and/or Transfers

 

IMPORTANT

  • Card registration and payment process policy.
  • When making a reservation through our website, the system requests bank card details only as a reservation guarantee.
  • It is important to note that no automatic charges, holds, or pre-authorizations are made when entering card information.
  • Credit card registration serves solely as a validation and guarantee method. It is not a payment for your stay.
  • To complete and guarantee the reservation, the hotel will contact the guest via email or WhatsApp to provide the corresponding payment instructions.
  • The reservation will only be confirmed once:
  • The requested payment has been made.
  • The hotel has sent the corresponding confirmation.
  • If payment is not received within the indicated period, the hotel reserves the right to release the room and leave the reservation as not guaranteed.
